One of the Company's main forte is laboratory based projects where we have designed extremely complex mechanical and electrical services to ensure stringent control of environmental conditions.

The Company has successfully completed numerous hospital projects, ranging in complexity and diversity from general ward refurbishments to new build intensive care units, hospices  and palliative care centres.  Over the years we have adapted our approach to technical designs to accord with the ever changing needs of the NHS, whilst ensuring that the quality of the facilities are not compromised from the perspective of either patients or staff.

The Company has been involved with many residential schemes, and our engineers have huge experience in design solutions for a wide range of residential developments ranging from single developments to multi-block apartments, on to eco-villages.

Over the years the Company has carried out projects for many of the historic and world famous Colleges of Cambridge, and has also completed many projects for the University of Cambridge.

The Company has extensive experience providing small to large scale commercial offices for various occupation and fit out contracts.

The Company is almost constantly involved with projects requiring some form of catering facility; whether in the guise of staff canteens/ restaurants for large office developments, commercial kitchens, or kitchens inherent in schools / colleges. The latter is of particular interest with the design team often faced with the challenge of installing state-of-the-art catering facilities in Grade 1 listed buildings, with extreme constraints on the mechanical and electrical installations.

The Company is always keen to be involved with recreational and leisure centres, whether the projects are for private / one off clients, education or municipal establishments.  Projects range from local community centres, private gymnasiums and health clubs to multi-discipline sports halls.
