Magdalene College has an excellent reputation for providing high quality cuisine worthy of the most prestigious of occasions; with the enviable choice of two stunning dining rooms - The Hall, once a 16th century former monastery where dining is still held in complete candlelight, and the Parlour which was once the Master’s drawing room.
To assist in maintaining such high catering standards the College duly embarked on a major scheme to completely refurbish and extend the original kitchens; which having provided commendable service over a 50-year period were in need of some greatly deserved attention. After much consultation with the College’s management and experienced catering staff, the “Team” designed and delivered a modern, fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art cooking facilities.
